Are you an experienced Administrator looking for part time work? We are recruiting for a design administrator to support the design team at a local manufacturing company based in Taunton, Somerset. This is a small team who work very well together and are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working person to add to their team. You will be providing full administrative support, dealing with all incoming enquiries to the department, answering the phone, taking bookings, chasing design and quote approval as well as filing and photo copying. Successful candidates will need previous administration and customer service experience and must be confident in speaking with customers on the phone and resolving queries. You will need strong IT skills including Excel and Work. Hours of work are 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday Rate of Pay is £8.00 per hour This will be working on a temporary to permanent contact for the successful candidate.
