Legal 500 practice seeks Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for expanding team in Somerset. The Role We are now actively seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer for an expanding team based in Yeovil. Managing a busy and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold residential transactions from instructions to post completion, the successful Lawyer will ensure the highest levels of client care and service at all times. Areas may include: sales and purchases; equity release; remortgages; Help to Buy; advice on easements and; shared ownership. In addition, the successful Lawyer will build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships and be keen to immerse themselves in the continued development of the department. Solid business development and marketing experience is therefore highly desirable. The Candidate You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in Conveyancing; You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach; You will be IT Literate; You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines; You will hold a full driving license and have access to your own vehicle; You will work well as part of a team as well as on your own initiative; Business development and marketing experience is desirable but not essential.
