With an exceptionally talented workforce both arranging and carrying out the repairs, they now require an additional team member to look after the scheduling of nationwide repairs for their Insurance company Clients. This is not a large call centre but a small and friendly team where what you do really makes a difference So if you want to leave work each day with a feeling of achievement as well as working within a fun environment then apply now Job Responsibilities: - Prioritising job requests via email, phone and fax, you will learn how long each repair takes so that you can accurately schedule work. - In this role you will be multi-tasking, using a high degree of accuracy and working together within a team. - Logging calls and using a CRM system to process orders. Preferred Skills: - A background within a call centre/customer services environment and experience of Insurance would be beneficial but not essential, - Experience of taking incoming calls, order processing and speaking to a wide variety of customers - Experience of using a database system, strong keyboard skills and the ability to multi-task - This role could also suit candidates from a tourism background due to their experience of problem solving and multi-tasking Personal Attributes: - A good sense of humour - Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and listening skills - Strong communication skills - Enthusiastic and team focused.
