The successful candidate will greet visitors, welcome them to the office, direct them appropriately and notify staff of visitor arrival. The receptionist will look after guests needs while they are in the building and will also ensure that safety procedures are followed and that staff and visitors have signed in and out.

The role will include handling all incoming calls and directing them to staff as required, as well as general administrative duties, including the sorting of mail - knowledge of Apple Mac computers and MS office would be advantageous. Previous experience of working as a receptionist is desirable and the chosen candidate will report to the Office Manager.

Working hours are negotiable.
