The Opportunity

A company based on the outskirts of Barry are looking for a Client Service Administrator to join their expanding team. If you are comfortable on the writing up reports and providing administration assistance then this would be a great role for you. The Role

  • Pipeline management of valuation reports and surveys
  • Telephone and email chasing of outstanding appointments and report completion
  • Client contact to check access details, confirm property information
  • Responding to case queries both via telephone and email
  • Case entry, update and completion
  • Professional services business with contact with other professional in the industry
  • Other admin duties as required

Skills / Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work to challenging tasks whilst maintaining a calm and professional attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate case entry essential
  • Ability to adapt to a market changing, growth and diverse client base
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Office experience required
  • GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English minimum requirement
