HR Payroll and ER Admin Lead

Salary: Pay Band 4, £19,409

Part-time (22 – 25 hours), temporary for 12 months

Working within our busy HR Department, you will act as lead for payroll and employee relations administration, providing an efficient and effective service which ensures a high-quality customer experience is maintained at all times to both internal service users and internal/external candidates.

Key responsibilities will include supervising and coaching a small team in the delivery of this service in order to support a culture of continual review and improvement. Through effective performance monitoring and reporting, you will be able to identify, manage and implement system and process change in order to enable improvements against agreed KPIs.

Accomplished in payroll, you will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ HR or equivalent experience and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.  In return, you can expect flexible working hours to suit, within one of the most progressive and forward-thinking Trusts within the UK.
