As participation worker within our schools team you will proactively work to encourage and empower young people, their families and the whole school workforce to be involved in all aspects of emotional health and wellbeing plans for their school.
With significant experience in youth work and young people’s mental health you will possess excellent communication skills, an aptitude for building and cultivating relationships and a commitment to enabling whole school communities to feel confident about recognising and addressing early signs of emotional distress in young people.
