Who are we looking for? THE PIG at Combe is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Pizza Chef to run the Woodfired Oven at THE PIG at Combe We are looking for a Chef de Partie, preferably with experience in cooking pizza's, to join the team at one of the most exciting and rapidly growing hotel and restaurant groups in the UK. You will have daily responsibilities which include making dough, and prepping garnishes for the busy lunchtime service; preparing and cooking our renowned flatbreads using our woodfired oven and key ingredients from our kitchen garden. You will also be required to maintain the ovens, and cleanliness of the fridges, ensuring a high level of health and safety at all times. This position requires you to work out on in our Folly, an atmospheric indoor/outdoor bar and dining area with wood fired oven, where you will be guest facing, and creating an exciting experience for the guests will be a key part of your role. You must be presentable and confident interacting with the guests. As a Wood Oven Chef/Pizza chef you will report to the Head Chef, or sous chefs. The role is a permanent full time position requiring the successful candidate to work 5 days out of 7 . Who are we?
