If you have an administrative background, excellent IT skills (conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel) as well as exceptional communication skills this may be the role for you. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in my client's industry. I am seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Administrator to join a growing HR team, and support the continued business expansion. The role - Maintaining the company training records to a high standard, ensuring records meet ISO and GMP standards, and are accurate and audit ready at all times. - Maintaining all personnel records to a high standard and filing all documentation. - Logging all holiday requests for Production and Warehouse employees. - Producing letters and documentation for new and existing employees as required. - Assisting with producing all new employee induction packs. - Providing the accounts department with a monthly expenses report. - Manage the company car fleet records. - Supporting the team with additional HR duties and projects as required by the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative back round, excellent IT skills including being confident using Microsoft word and excel. You will also have the ability to prioritise and manage a busy and changing workload, excellent organisational skills and good communication skills. Experience working in HR or a keen interest in HR would be advantage.
