Production Planning Administrator
We are urgently looking for an experienced Production Planning Administrator to start work immediately within a busy office environment for one of our local clients. The job will involve supporting the Site Operations Manager and the Production Supervisor in the planning of work within the production site. Dealing with customer enquiries with regards to deliveries and deadlines as well as liaison with couriers with regards to delivery timescales. Other general admin duties may include answering the telephone and passing on precise and punctual phone messages, carrying out note taking during production meetings and ensuring all filing is up date and accurate. This role will also include some work on basic spreadsheets so experience of Microsoft Excel will be required. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 - 2 years experience working in a similar position within a busy, professional office. Exceptional written and verbal English is essential as is a good knowledge of all basic Microsoft programs (including Word, Excel and Outlook.) This is initially on a 3 - 4 month temporary position which could potentially lead to a long term position for the right individual. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm £8.00 per hour Required to start ASAP.
