Customer Operations Manager / Head of Customer Services £35,000 to £45,000 per annum bonus Newton Abbot For over 30 years our clients have been supplying their customers. Starting out as a mail order business, they have evolved into a leading ecommerce website with an enviable business. As a result of their success and future planned growth they are now recruiting for a customer operations manager to join and lead their customer service team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager with operational and strategic experience to help shape the business moving forward. On a day to day basis the successful candidate will be responsible for - Leading a team of up to 20 customer service staff - Management of staff planning for busy periods - Setting KPIs and hitting SLA's - Review and implementation of new customer service policy's - Point of contact for escalations - Staff recruitment, reviews, training, and appraisals To be considered for the position, the successful candidate will need experience in a similar role managing a team of call centre or customer service staff. You will need experience of staff planning for busy periods, and will also need to demonstrate excellent management abilities in order to keep the team productivity high.
