1st Line Support - Customer Service - Exeter My client, a world leader in telecommunications that employs 90,000 across 180 countries is looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their Customer Service Desk division. They are a major technology giant that work in a number of sectors ranging from telecommunications to security and research. You will be joining an existing team of 11 Customer Service Desk Analysts, reporting directly to the Call Management Team Leader. The team is diverse and vibrant with a passion for IT. Due to the nature of the work excellent communication and teamwork skills are a necessity. They are looking for entry to junior level candidates, individuals that are looking to start a career in IT Support or are looking to develop and progress within an industry leader. You will be provided with a phenomenal level of training and development in areas such as: the ITIL Incident Management Process; Active Directory; Remote Access; Configuration Management; Documenting Requests and more.
