Are you an experienced Building Services Engineer looking for a Permanent role? About Us My client is seeking a positive, committed and confident Building Service Engineer to join its Property Team. About the Job You will be required to design and manage small value works, overseeing delivery through various routes to ensure adherence to programme and value for money. You will also provide clear and practical advice to senior officers and members as well as carrying out day to day activity including work connected with planned and cyclical maintenance, defects analysis, specification and report writing and providing professional support and guidance to colleagues. About You Holding a relevant professional qualification proven post qualification experience you will report to the Strategic Manager - Property Operations and will have a broad and varied remit across a range of property types and will ensure that maintenance and repair works are carried out in a way which gains the maximum benefit from the budget.
