Are you an experience Building Surveyor looking for a permanent role? My client is seeking a positive confident Building Surveyor to join its Property Team in Somerset. About the Job The successful candidate will be required to design and manage small value works, overseeing delivery through various routes to ensure adherence to programme and value for money. You will also provide clear and practical advice to senior officers and members as well as carrying out day to day activity including work connected with planned and cyclical maintenance, defects analysis, specification and report writing and providing professional support and guidance to colleagues. About You Holding a relevant professional qualification with proven post qualification experience you will have a broad and varied remit across a range of property types and will ensure that maintenance and repair works are carried out in a way which gains the maximum benefit from the maintenance budget.
