My client, a leading IT services organisation, are currently recruiting for 2x Technical Support Engineers to be based from a site in Yeovil The successful Technical Support Engineer will provide technical leadership and support for the diagnosis of client fault calls or to engineering personnel Key Responsibilities - Fault diagnosis - Remotely fix calls to remove the need for an onsite visit - Attend site to fix / advise on any issues that couldn't be resolved remotely - To ensure help desk, is updated on call progress, fix or future action and likely timescales There are currently 2 requirements for Technical Support Engineers - one is a two month contract, the other is longer term running until January 2018 Working Monday - Friday (8 hour day 1 hour lunch, shifts from as early as 7.30 to as late as 6pm) Pay rate - £140p/d (through ltd/umbrella company) If this could be of interest, please forward your CV to
