French Speaking Co-ordinating Administrator. Pertemps Recruitment are recruiting for a French Speaking Co-ordinating Administrator, to work within a team responsible for the administration services within the business. With some travel to Paris and working in a head office environment you will need to have superb language skills in both English and French and be a great representative of the business. As a French speaking Administrator your job will be to work within the event planning team, liaising with internal and external colleagues and clients, primarily using excel spreadsheets and email to accurately record and send communications, answering enquiries on availability of services and booking venues in English and in French. You will be responsible for managing delegate information via email and the telephone, securing presenters, marketing materials and generating invoices. The successful person will have basic experience of Excel spreadsheets, previous office experience and you will need to be methodical, thorough, accurate, numerate and be able to exercise your own initiative. This is a permanent position until February 2018 initially, with a salary from £17,000 to £18,000 depending on skills and experience. 37.5 hours per week.
