Our public sector client is currently looking to recruit an Agile Coach to assist the organisation during a major change of transformation. As part of this role you will work with teams and instil a series of good practice people centered Agile behaviours helping those individuals transition. This will change the way they gather, communicate and deliver business requirements end to end and deliver applications across the life cycle. You will be sensitive to existing processes and implement these Agile changes in an evolutionary approach as opposed to revolutionary driving a common understanding and approach to Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Agile Coach that can be hands on and lead from the front whilst providing expert advice and building continued good practice. You will also have the ability to identify, drive improvements and change based in the maturity of teams as well as be able to work with Product Owners to craft, articulate and collaborate on improved requirement practices. Experience or certifications in AgilePM, Disciplined Agile Development (DAD), Behaviour Driven Development, Test Driven Development, SCRUM, Lean and Kanban would also be advantageous.
