So, to help us attract, develop and retain the best people in a rapidly changing and increasingly competitive job market, we’ve appointed our first ever HR Director and are growing our HR team by 40%. Leading, coaching and developing our recruitment team, you’ll deliver as much bang for our buck as possible, as you manage everything from recruitment and candidate management to onboarding and induction. Providing a fantastic candidate journey at every stage of the process, you’ll lead projects, implement our ATS and attract, source, match and retain talented people at every level who share our values and have the desire to develop their careers. Working closely with our HR Partners, you must be able to identify resourcing needs, develop workforce plans and create innovative recruitment strategies to build our employer brand and attract people with the right skills. A true brand champion who will take great pride in developing our recruiting managers and continually improving our recruitment processes, you’ll be someone who stays on top of industry trends and can provide key market advice. You should have a strong track record of delivering successful recruitment strategies at all levels with an organisation that has experienced significant change. A strong recruiter who can think strategically and deliver operationally, you’ll need to be skilled at putting on events, managing candidate pools and building strong talent pipelines. With the courage to challenge and a strong interest in new tech, you must have the credibility to build strong relationships with colleagues, agencies and external bodies and should also be qualified in psychometric testing.
