Recruitment Administrator (Part Time)
Do you have experience of working in HR or Recruitment? Are you looking for Part time hours in a busy and varied working environment? If so, we are recruiting a Part time, permanent Recruitment Administrator to join our busy support team in Exeter. THE ROLE The Recruitment/HR Administrator will support a small but busy team in the support function of a multi-site call centre operation who are responsible for the recruitment, HR and Payroll duties, as well as ongoing retention projects. Based in Exeter this team is responsible for all recruitment across our four sites. Duties Include: - Advertising vacancies onto various platforms - Shortlisting candidates / Telephone interviewing - Preparing and sending offer letters - Other various administration tasks to support the manager as required THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON You will possess some previous experience of working within HR or Recruitment previously. You will have a grasp of how important it is to be proactive when recruiting high volumes of staff. - Confident and professional telephone manner - Strong numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail - Ability to prioritise and manage busy workloads - Flexible in your approach to duties/tasks Working 25-30 hours per week over 5 day's Monday to Friday. We can accommodate working around school hours for parents.
