As the Project Manager, your duties will include: - Working closely with the contract operations team to deliver agreed contract goals and objectives. - Delivering the contract execution plan. - Mobilisation planning of all new buildings coming on line including staffing of hard and soft services. - Monitoring and reporting. - Ensuring all tasks are delivered within timescales set. - Establishing and maintaining effective internal and external working relationships at all levels. - Leading delivery against NEC3 commercial management requirements. - Producing timely and accurate management reporting to support the Operations Manager, Business Partner and client. - Negotiating to given boundaries solo or in conjunction with other stakeholders. - Providing assurance to the business that the commercial / contractual imperatives on the contract are being adhered to and that risks are being appropriately identified and managed. - Working with the contract operations team to deliver the key contract deliverables. To be a successful Project Manager you will have the following skills and experience: - An experienced Prince 2 qualified Manager. - Experienced in a wide range of building projects and NEC contracts. - Competent in the use of MS Project (or equivalent). - Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. In return, the Manager will receive a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum. The first stage of the application process is to apply online.
