The Role: As a Data Processor, you’ll collate and cross-reference a variety of information, including images, product data, documents and digital media. In this key role, you’ll carry out data entry, image manipulation and optimisation tasks, as well as managing the filing of resource materials. Specifically, you will: - Run quality assurance tests on our client’s catalogues and software - Manage information in-line with project requirements - Advise Project Managers on the relevance and accuracy of source materials - Work with Developers, Designers and Project Managers to maintain quality standards - Maintain the confidentiality and security of information - Help to test new software developments and features About You: To be considered, you’ll need: - Experience of manipulating large volumes of data - Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality control - The ability to work to deadlines and communicate with your team - A logical mindset Please note, as part of the recruitment process, you may be required to complete an Excel test. Experience of using formulas to manipulate data in Excel or similar software would be beneficial, as would a basic understanding of Adobe Photoshop.
