A Turkish speaking Customer Evaluation Analyst job based in Exeter on a full time permanent bases.
Your new company
A organically grown Devon based company who have of 25 years of growth. They pride themselves in being one of the worlds leading provider of quality assurance. Due to operational needs and team growth my clients are looking for 4 X Turkish speaking analyst to join their team on a full time and permanent bases.
Your new role
You will analyse communications between client and customer both over the phone and written, you will provide feedback to the clients to help them improve their service to their customers. You will ensure projects are completed within a timely manner and to meet deadlines agreed. You will also keep up to date with all training as well as new processes and compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to speak and write fluently in Turkish and communicate well both verbally and written. You must have exceptional listening skills with a meticulous attention to detail. You must have experience in working towards tight deadlines and targets, you must have the ability to work well under pressure and experience in re-prioritising your own workload and taking ownership of each task.
