Job Summary: The Corporate Accounts Payable Supervisor position is responsible for the oversight of all Accounts Payable accounting functions, from purchase order set up to vendor payments, for the businesses in the US and Canada including supervision of the AP staff. Additional responsibilities include supporting management with budget analysis, measuring KPI's and other special projects. Due to the high level of automation, a good understanding of integrated computerized systems is required. The position interacts with associates in all levels of the company (from plant associates to executive management), and therefore excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Job Duties
Responsible for the oversight of the accounts payable shared service accounting functions for the businesses in the U.S. and Canada including the supervision of the AP associates
Provide annual performance reviews for direct reports
Responsible for Account Payable functions including, the entry of supplier invoices, the processing of payments (including electronic and manual), and the reconciliation of the AP balances in the general ledger and bank accounts. Includes responsibility for the invoice front end scanning and processing system and travel expense reimbursement system
Responsible for revaluing foreign currencies and reconciling the company general cash accounts with the bank and with the Freudenberg cash pooling process
Provide audit support for all annual financial audit requests as it relates to AP and cash
Acts as a liaison between the company, government and external accountants to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes
Perform account payable services for other Freudenberg companies in the North America region
Maintain KPI's and provide monthly reporting to upper management
Target areas for continuous process improvements
Participate and oversee Accounts Payable projects and opportunities as assigned
Provide excellent customer service and be back up for AP process as necessary

Unsere Erwartungen
Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. degree in accounting or other business related field
Minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible financial positions
Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles
Must have experience with SAP or similar ERP system for a similar sized company
Strong computer and business solutions software skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Direct experience with AP systems, including automated processes for invoice processing, expense reports and bank payments
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with accountants, clients and upper management
Comfortable in a fast pace and highly automated environment and ability to drive continuous process improvements
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Supervisory experience
Experience in preparing and reconciling general ledger accounts
Preferred Qualifications:
Audit support experience preferably with a public reporting company
General accounting experience in multi-location company of similar size and complexity to FNST
Familiarity with evaluated receipt process for AP
CPA, or similar professional designation
