Permanent Social Work Roles on a beautiful Island

I am not sure if you're looking at the moment, however, NonStop Care are working on an exciting permanent project with an island location and I was wondering if you would know of anyone who would be interested?

They are looking for permanent social workers for their Access and Assessment Team. This is a welcoming team determined to provide excellent outcomes for young people, you will be joining a Local Authority where the focus is on great results for the children in their care.

Candidates can expect to receive a manageable caseload in comparison to a lot of UK at present, giving you a better work life balance. The island really does have it all with beautiful beaches and cliff walking available to those who enjoy the active lifestyle.

The teams are made up of social workers from all over the world providing a really diverse workforce; many have been in your shoes travelling over and as a result are well placed to make you feel right at home.

Shortlisting will take place at the end of this week so if you are interested please do not hesitate to send your CV across.

What my client offers:

  • Initial telephone interviews, saving you a costly commute and giving you a great overview of the lifestyle
  • A positive working environment with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds
  • Beautiful location with stunning beaches
  • Lower caseloads and more direct work with children and their families
  • Relocation assistance
  • Salaries starting at GBP43,075

Is this something that may be of interest?

If this opportunity does not appeal, perhaps you know someone who it will. We offer a referral fee of GBP200, you could make a friend very happy and have some cash to spend yourself. I am also working on a number of roles across the UK on both a permanent and locum basis.
