Sales Administrator urgently required for our client based in Cricket ST Thomas

This is a full time temporary role offering an excellent salary

The post holder must have the following: -
? General office duties experience
? Excellent client liaison skills
? Experience and working knowledge of Sage
? Fully conversant with Microsoft packages
? Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
? Ability to prioritise and multi-task
? Efficient and punctual
? Professional and friendly approached
? Ability to work on own initiative
? Flexibility in accordance with Company requirements whilst exhibiting a ?can do' attitude.

Duties will include:

- Maintaining Customer relationships
- Tender returns and quoting
- New supplier set-up
- Resolution of customer and supplier queries, including replacements/repairs
- Working with London based sales team
- Maintain sales order schedule
- Sales and purchase order and invoicing reporting
- Liaising with purchasing and logistics to ensure all orders are going out on time
- Implement all aspects of ISO9001
- Monitoring and administering sales, quality and purchase related reports
- Comply with all health and safety requirements
