Commission and Fees Administrator - Taunton - GBP16K - GBP18K
- To process and input commission and fees received from providers into the company database, Intelligent Office.
- Calculate adviser salaries and bonus calculations.
- Helping advisers with commission statistics and keeping them informed.
- Producing monthly sales figures by downloading figures from Intelligent Office.
- Producing commission figures.
- Preparing monthly and annual accounts from data entered into Intelligent Office.
- Daily bank reconciliation through cashbook.
- Process purchase invoice payments.
- Process debtors and accruals.
- Acting as master user for various providers and liaising with staff re. website logons.
- Liaising with other departments with regards to Directors' reports.
- Liaising with Directors with regards to financials of the company.
The purpose of this role is to collate and report upon the income received and due, as a result of clients' purchasing financial products.
