Team Manager - Integrated Older Adult Mental Health (Part Time)
Evergood Social Care are currently supporting our client based in Somerset in recruiting for an experienced and Qualified Team Manager to join their Older Adult Mental Health Team.
Responsible for managing a specific work stream in Mental Health Services (Older Adult Mental Health (CIT); Adult Community Services; Approved Mental Health Lead to ensure the delivery of adult social care, safeguarding and support.
The role will involve managing a designated team (including other professionals, possibly from other disciplines) and ensuring service delivery through self and others, working with/alongside the Team Managers/Senior Practitioners in Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership.
Supporting the Integrated Lead Manager and Service Managers to develop and deliver integrated mental health services in North Somerset to ensure consistency, implement and embed new ways of working, monitor and maintain service standards, contribute to service improvements and developments.
Ensure the responsibilities associated with the specific Integrated Team Manager role are delivered
Ensure the delivery of the statutory responsibilities of the organisations including Safeguarding, the Mental Health Act and Care Act.
Participating in duty rotas, Lead AMHP and AMHP rotas to ensure effective operational service delivery.
